We chose Oba Kunta Octopus for the design of corporate identity for our accounting business, Karanja Kamanu & Company.   Given only basic functional requirements and our corporate colors, they produced professional design with a very clean, professional, yet artistic look. Their design staff is very talented in both the areas of software usability and graphic design.

Recently we needed them for the design of corporate identity for our new tour firm, Pridewatch, and this work entailed the design and hosting of our premier website as well. Working jointly with their partner firm, Almond Communications, they once again produced fantastic work. "Oba Kunta Octopus produced our brand new menu design by combining traditional arts of Africa and design and by employing the use of craft. We needed a menu that spoke of three things: QUALITY CHURRASCARIA, AFRICA and ART. Oba Kunta Octopus simplified the whole thing by coming up with a design that used dried cow hide (hairy) seamed all round with thin stripes of hide and we got a perfect menu with brilliant yellow pages.   We recommend Oba Kunta Octopus, this very young company, for any really really creative work within a reasonable budget. We chose Oba Kunta Octopus to help bring renewed look and energy to our company. Oba Kunta Octopus is a young firm with young professionals but very focused and very forward-looking. We settled for them after looking for a reliable and competent design firm for many months. We needed a design firm with powerhouse creativity to interprete our needs and come up with original solutions. We deal in optometry and eyecare services, including resell of all types of contact lenses. The work involved redesign of our logo, creating a new corporate identity, print of our stationery, redesign of our shop, signage, redesign of the disply of our products, newspaper advert, outdoor advert and finally organising the event to cellebrate our forty years of dedicated excellence to optometry.. We were completely amazed by the quality of the finished interior of our shop.  The meticulous attention to detail was truly remarkable. Oba Kunta Octopus was able to effectively perceive the mental picture we had created, and magically captured its essence Nairobi to see.

Throughout the project, we were impressed by Oba Kunta Octopus' professionalism, prompt communication, and genuine concern for customer satisfaction.  More impressive is the fact that the entire project was coordinated by different designers and resouce persons and within the agreed upon budget. Oba Kunta Octopus was able to bring on board different professionals at different faces of the project to explain and clarify technical matters as well as to manage artisans at work.
