We support our producer groups and the artisans as best as we can and they visit our offices very often asking for orders. Every month we conduct free product design training workshops at our expense. We normally cover in our courses new product design, better and faster working procedures, the need for cleaner working premises and business development. Artisans are sometimes attached in our export department or in our carpentry and metal workshops.
