Copyright to the finished design produced by Oba
Kunta Octopus will be owned by Oba Kunta octopus. Oba Kunta Octopus
retains the right to display graphics design as examples of their
work in respective portfolios..
Terms:
1. VAT added and is valid for 30 days from
date of order
2. For the work to be done in good time we require an official
LPO and 50% down payment to commence work,
balance of 50% shall become due and payable
upon full delivery and invoice. No other money in typesetting,
scanning layout preparation and design are separately chargeable.
3. Client shall approve all samples, colour schemes and values
prior to production.
4. We have fairly estimated the costs of costs of producing
the project outlined in the estimate. Please note that this
is only an estimated price and may vary due to normal fluctuations
in the design industry, or to corrections, changes or additions
by client.
5. Delivery maximum 2 weeks from date of receipt of LPO / order
confirmation. Submit the your fully edited text in Microsoft
Word format and images preferably in JPEG ot TIFF format.With
all materials availed, we your work in two weeks.
