Terms:
1. This quote is subject to 16%
VAT and is valid for 30 days from date of order
2. For the work to be done in good time we require
an official LPO and 50% down payment to commence
work, balance of 50% shall become due and
payable upon full delivery and invoice. No other money in
typesetting, scanning layout preparation and design are separately
chargeable.
3. Client shall approve all samples, colour schemes
and values prior to production.
4. We have fairly estimated the costs of costs of
producing the project outlined in the estimate. Please note
that this is only an estimated price and may vary due to normal
fluctuations in the design industry, or to corrections, changes
or additions by client.
5. Delivery 2 weeks from date of receipt of LPO
/ order confirmation. Submit the your fully edited text in
Microsoft Word format and images preferably in JPEG ot TIFF
format.With all materials availed, we can have the newsletter
or magazine in two weeks.
Copyright usage::
Designer Designer retains copyright
to all source files (original artwork) created during identity
package development. Designer retains right to display original
artwork in any media for business promotional purposes and
to derivative from same.
Client Client retains usage rights
in perpetuity to final set of press ready files (.eps, font
outlined) approved by the client for usage on contract specified
materials only. Repurposing of logo for any other materials
charged is separately. Rights to font intact source files
charged separately.
Note: No fonts will be included in final set of files.
Clients must purchase font licenses separately from an authorized
font vendor.
