We thank
you very much for your promotion of African art and your
patronage. Buying African art ensures work and livelihood
for thousand of highly talented craft producers and their
families. Your buying African art ensures their children
are fed, clothed and sent to school. Our Staff is standing
by to take your phone and internet orders and give answers
to your requests for product information. Ordering by phone
should be followed by written quote through email.
Price
Our wholesaler prices are in US Dollars and have been made
standard to all our customers and for all our wildwide business
transactions. Our prices do not include handling
and shipping costs.
Order
Method
Make your selection and e-mail us with the list of product
codes and quantities. All Products are organized
by the Code Number. Be sure to keep a note of the
item number of any specific African art work that you want
to order so that our customer service staff will know exactly
which piece you are referring to.
Our minimums for a production order are according to customer
instruction. We are all aware that this is a wholesale buy
and we expect a substantively big order to fit 20ft and
40 ft containers.
For sample order, we would not give any limitation of all
total of sample quantities but please send the samples fee
together with the sending cost fee of the samples.
Using
Order Form
Make your choices using our product catalogues (available
in PDF also and on our Website). Prices for custom made
items will be given separately. Using a simple ordering
form with fields comprising Code, Item, Quantities,
Unit Price and Order Amount, identify each item
using its product code, specify quantities you are ordering,
state unit price and find the order amount for the item.
Illustrated below is a simple ordering form made in MS Excel.
Do not forget to have your letterhead on your order form.

Proforma
Invoice
Send
us the ordering form in PDF or MS Excel. We will use it
to prepare a Proforma Invoice which we will send back to
you. We require 50% downpayment of the total order
amount to be sent to our Dollar Account. And then
I will send fax or email you the receipt of payment plus
our bankers confirmation.
Production
Production
will begin only when deposit has been paid. For all orders
we require the amount of 50% Down Payment. Make
a fifty percent deposit on an order to enable us finance
our producer groups and save valuable artefacts from being
sold to another customer first.
Email
us your receipt/invoices of the tranfer as a confirmation.
Then we will reconfirm your down payment by email.
We will inform you when your order is finished and ready
to be shipped. Then we need you to complete the
final payment.
Shipping
We only ship orders Freight Prepaid. We recommend shipping
your order either by Sea Freight or Air Freight. For Sea
Freight, we undertake to pay FOB upto the port of Mombasa
where your broker takes over. Our prices do not include
handling and shipping costs. Our shipment will be accompanied
with a Bill of Lading and a Packing List to help you verify
the art objects on reception.
