When an item is in-stock, you can expect
your order to be completely fulfilled within thirty to

- Expect
between two to three weeks to be received. Where there
are circumstances that dictate that the item needs to
be sourced directly from Africa, delivery may be delayed
by one week.

Responsibility Guarantee - If the overall
cost increases for any reason whatsoever, before processing
any additional charges, we will notify you by e-mail or
phone and seek your approval, otherwise we will cancel

Return
Shipping & Packing - If you happen
to be returning the item for any reason you will want
to have saved all the packing materials and send it back
exactly the way it came: boxed with padding filling every
open space.
Warranty
- Also if you are unsatisfied with your
purchase you can return it in its original condition within
14 days of initially receiving it in the mail. Then you
can get in-store credit or a full refund in the same form
of payment as that of your original purchase.
