Client Responsibilities

• Review deliverables within the agreed timeline and request changes within included revision rounds.

• Delays in providing content or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

Revisions & Cancellations

• Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.

• If Oba Kunta Octopus cannot complete your project, a prorated refund will be issued.

Digital Products & Licensing

• Purchased templates, mockups, and assets are for personal or commercial use by the purchaser only.

• Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

• Products are provided “as-is” and may require editing software such as Adobe InDesign, Canva, or Figma.

User-Generated Content (Comments)
